§ 9.08.030. Gambling—Permitted if authorized by state law.

Gambling within the city is permitted only to the extent authorized by Wyoming State Statute (see, e.g., W.S. § 6-7-101; § 6-6-201 through § 6-6-209). Any person violating the provisions of this section, or causing the provisions of this section to be violated, will be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable pursuant to the general penalty provision provided for in section 1.24.010 of city code.
