§ 8.56.060. Permit for relief from designated levels.

Application for a permit for relief from noise levels designated in this chapter may be made to the city clerk on forms provided. The permit fee will be fifteen dollars ($15.00) and will be issued pursuant to licensing provisions of Chapter 5.04 and 5.08 of this code. The chief of police may prescribe conditions deemed necessary to minimize adverse effects upon the community or the surrounding neighborhood, as a condition to the issuance of a permit.
