§ 5.68.140. Rules and regulations.

In order to carry out the intent of this chapter, the Cheyenne-Laramie County board of health may promulgate rules and regulations pertaining to the requirements of sanitation, cleanliness, adequacy of facilities, equipment, operation of a body art establishment, and other relevant matters consistent with this chapter.
