Chapter 5.28. BED AND BREAKFAST ESTABLISHMENTS |
§ 5.28.050. License applications.
Applications for a license to operate a bed and breakfast inn or facility must be made on forms provided by the city clerk and will include the following:
A.
Proof that the applicant has applied for:
1.
A state of Wyoming bed and breakfast permit through the environmental health unit of the city/county health department, and
2.
A sales tax permit filed with the Wyoming Department of Revenue;
B.
Signature of applicant(s) and owner of record of the premises;
C.
Payment of application fee in the amount of sixty-five dollars ($65.00) annually per location;
D.
Approvals as required by the city clerk.
