§ 5.24.030. Business license required.

All business licenses required by the provisions of this chapter shall be issued in accordance with Chapter 5.04 of this title. The annual nonrefundable license fee will be one hundred fifteen dollars ($115.00) per location. Each license issued will plainly state whether it is issued for an automobile wrecking or a junkyard business or both. All licenses issued expire one year from date of issuance.
