§ 5.08.250. Body art establishments and operations—Body artists.

  • A.

    Every person to be licensed under this section must conform to the requirements of Chapter 5.68 concerning body art establishments and operations, and body artists.

    B.

    The license fee for a body art establishment shall be one hundred sixty-five dollars ($165.00) annually per location.

    C.

    The permit fee for a body artist shall be seventy-five dollars ($75.00) per year.

    D.

    The license fee for a temporary body art establishment shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00) per fourteen (14) day period or portion thereof. No separate permit is required for any permitted body artist to provide body art services at a licensed temporary body art establishment.

    E.

    The license fee for each body art special event shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00) and each license issued shall be effective for not more than seven consecutive days, or portion thereof. The license is not renewable and each special event requires a separate application and approval process.
