§ 2.36.020. Violations—Penalties.

A.

The chief building official may cause complaints or citations to be issued to persons for violating the provisions of Chapters 15.04 through 15.48, and/or Chapter 5.44 of this code.

B.

Any person who violates the provisions of Chapters 15.04 through 15.48, and/or Chapter 5.44 of this code, will be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable pursuant to general penalty provisions set forth in Chapter 1.24 of this code.
