§ 12.20.380. Application—Prerequisites to issuance of burial permit.

Application for a burial permit shall be made to the city clerk. Before a permit is issued, the applicant shall pay the required fees and exhibit to the city clerk the county burial permit obtained from the county registrar of births and deaths, and shall show that such applicant is the owner of or has authority to make interment in the lot or grave space for which the permit is requested.
