§ 12.20.360. Advance notice of burial of persons dying of contagious diseases.

In the event of the burial of any person whose death is caused by a virulent contagious disease, advance notice shall be given to the city clerk so that suitable time for interment may be arranged and necessary precautions taken to avoid exposure to the public and cemetery employees of such contagion.
