§ 12.20.170. Ownership, transfer certificates and Columbarium right of inurnment fees.

A.

The city treasurer shall collect a fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) for issuance of a certificate of ownership with perpetual care or a transfer of ownership certificate showing purchase of a burial space(s) and shall issue a receipt for the same.

B.

The city treasurer shall collect a fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) for issuance of a right of inurnment with perpetual care affiliated with placement of cremains within a Columbarium niche.
