§ 12.16.090. Tree protection, damages and cost recovery.

A.

It shall be unlawful to injure, damage, destroy or remove any tree situated upon city property.

B.

No person shall attach any material to a tree on city property.

C.

Trees on city property shall be protected during construction projects as outlined in the urban forestry guidelines.
