§ 10.32.030. Decreasing state speed limits in certain zones.

It is determined upon the basis of an engineering and traffic investigation that the speed permitted by state law upon those streets or portions thereof as described in Schedule A-2, as amended by and attached to the ordinance codified in this section and made a part hereof, is greater than is reasonable or safe under the conditions found to exist upon such streets and it is declared that the maximum speed upon those streets or portions thereof described in Schedule A-2, as amended, shall be as therein stated, which speeds so declared shall be effective at the time specified therein.

Such Schedule A-2, as amended, is adopted by reference and is on file in the offices of the city clerk, traffic engineer and police department.
